Our Schedule
All of our classes are beginner-friendly and led by welcoming instructors who are here to help you have a safe and positive experience.
Your First Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Striking Class
You will need a shirt and shorts, or any regular workout attire.
We will provide a Gi Uniform that you can borrow while trying your first class (for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu).
We will also provide drinking water.
This page will always be updated with the current schedule.
If there are any changes to the classes, we will make an announcement.
