Had a great tournament this weekend! Tournaments are more than just the medal—you get to test yourself, see what works, and find where you can improve. Every match is a learning experience, and we came away with plenty of takeaways that I can build on for the next one.
Competing pushes you in a way training can’t. The adrenaline, the energy of the crowd, and the intensity of facing someone who wants to win just as badly as you do—it all forces you to dig deeper. Those moments show you not only the technical side of your game but also your mindset, your composure, and your ability to adapt under pressure.
I’m proud of the effort and growth this weekend showed. The lessons we picked up will go right back into the academy, fueling sharper training sessions and helping me prepare even better for the future. Win or lose, the goal is progress—and this tournament gave us exactly that.
