We have added a new striking class called Ballistic Boxing. This new class is instructed by Sigung Bobby Stroup.

Ballistic Boxing is Sigung Bobby’s mix of striking. With the foundation based in boxing and branching out to various martial arts. Martial Arts such as Kajukenbo, Jeet Kune Do, Kali and American Kenpo.

Sigung Bobby has over 30 years of experience and ranked the various martial arts (Kajukenbo, Jeet Kune Do, Kali and American Kenpo).

The new classes are every Wednesday 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with plans to add additional classes in the future. We hope you come and try out a class, including a class in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu afterwards.
